ARCHITECTURAL & STRUCTURAL
Two-story, reinforced concrete and steel structure containing 110,000 square feet of rentable space designed, engineered and built from the ground specifically for mission critical compatible purposes. CyberFortressô II is a hardened facility built to the highest standards of security and continuity planning, enabling a speed-to-revenue solution for those in need of a fortified mission critical facility.

Provisions in place for installation by Tenant of redundant alternate power feed to be sourced from planned substation across from the Battlefield Business Park on the south side of Interstate 66.

N+1 Generator Provisions and Paralleling Switchgear

Initial installation of two (2) 2,000 kW Caterpillar Generators on paralleling switchgear with modular expandability to twelve (12) 2,000 kW generators

Initial installation of one (1) 12,000 gallon fuel storage vault

The Phase I building can accommodate up to four (4) 12,000 gallon fuel storage vaults
